Changes in sleeping or eating habits* - Too much or too little sleep/eating. *3. Mood swings* - Sudden changes in emotions – anger, sadness, or irritability. *4. Poor concentration* - Trouble focusing, remembering, or making decisions. *5. Feeling hopeless or worthless* - Frequent negative thoughts or low self-esteem. *6. Extreme fear or anxiety* - Worry that interferes with daily life. *7. Unusual behavior or speech* - Saying strange things or behaving out of character. *8. Low energy or fatigue* - Feeling constantly tired or drained. *9. Neglecting responsibilities* - Ignoring school, work, or personal care. *10.
