It’s frustrating for supporters to watch their clubs stagnate. It’s disheartening when individuals take the helm of these clubs without a clear vision for their development.
Building a team isn’t just about purchasing players or hiring and firing coaches. It's about creating functioning structures that does evolve around an individual.
Clubs like Caps United and Dynamos have been in existence for over 40 years, yet they still lack fundamental infrastructure, such as a proper stadium or a well equipped office that reflects the direction these clubs should be heading.
The people running these teams have let down the supporters who invest their hard-earned money in the hope of seeing their clubs grow and progress.
This situation highlights the poor administration within the PSL, which fails to help its big clubs become a hub for attracting substantial investment.
The PSL desperately needs strong leadership or someone who can steer this ship toward becoming a profitable, well-run business.
