#protectionduaa *SEEK REFUGE FROM FOUR TRIALS 🍂* Abu Sa'eed (رضى الله عنه) said: I did not hear it from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) but Zaid bin Thabit (رضى الله عنه) narrated it to me. He said: As Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) was going along with us towards the dwellings of Bani an-Najjar, riding upon his pony, it shied and he was about to fall. He found four, five or six graves there. He (ﷺ) said: "Who knows the occupants of these graves?" A man said: "I do." He (ﷺ) said: "In what state did they die?" He said: "They died as idolaters." He (ﷺ) said: "This Ummah will be tested in their graves. If it were not that you would stop burying (your dead) in the graves on listening to the torment in the grave which i am listening to, I would pray to Allah to make you hear that." Then he (ﷺ) turned to face us and said: *"Seek refuge with Allah from the torment of the Fire."* We said: "We seek refuge with Allah from the torment of the Fire." He (ﷺ) said: *"Seek refuge with Allah from the torment of the grave."* We said: "We seek refuge with Allah from the torment of the grave." He (ﷺ) said: *"Seek refuge with Allah from the Fitan (trials and tribulations), both visible and invisible."* We said: "We seek refuge with Allah from Fitan (trials and afflictions), both visible and invisible." He (ﷺ) said: *"Seek refuge with Allah from the Fitnah of ad-Dajjal."* We said: "We seek refuge with Allah from the Fitnah of ad-Dajjal." 📚: Sahih Muslim 2867 (7213)
