Job Summary: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer 📍 Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria 💼 Employment Type: Full Time 💰 Monthly Net Salary: ₦250,000 Overview: A NOC Engineer is needed to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for optimal performance and uptime. The role is essential for proactive issue detection, escalation, and system reliability within a 24/7 operations environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network and system performance 24/7 Administer and troubleshoot network elements and infrastructure Analyze network traffic trends and escalate issues Use diagnostic tools and monitoring systems to manage performance Ensure timely problem resolution and escalate unresolved issues Track supplier SLAs and flag underperformance Requirements: Education & Experience: BSc/HND in Computer Science, Telecom, or related field 2–4 years' experience in NOC, network ops, or tech support Certifications: CCNA (Required), CCNP (Preferred) Technical Skills: Experience with DWDM, PtP/PtMP Microwave, Fixed Wireless Skilled in tools like OTDR, E-Analyzer, SDH Analyzer Cisco switch management and IP networking Troubleshooting across OSI layers Familiar with ticketing and monitoring systems Soft Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments Multicultural team adaptability Shift Requirements: Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Benefits: Net salary of ₦250,000/month Health insurance and pension Airtime/Data allowance Continuous learning & certification support Career growth in a tech-driven environment Send CV to [email protected] with job title
