On 20th May 2025, a delegation from Guna, comprising Com. Ram Singh, Circle Secretary and CHQ Vice President, accompanied by Com. S.S. Mahadevaiah, General Secretary, met the Hon’ble Minister of Communications. A memorandum concerning the pressing issues of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) was submitted. The Hon’ble Minister gave a patient hearing and assured that the Ministry is actively working on the matters. He conveyed that due attention is being given to the concerns raised. The delegation firmly pursued early settlement of key GDS demands without further delay. दिनांक 20 मई 2025 को गुना से एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल, जिसमें कॉम. राम सिंह, सर्कल सचिव एवं सीएचक्यू उपाध्यक्ष शामिल थे, कॉम. एस.एस. महादेवाईया, महासचिव के साथ माननीय संचार मंत्री से मिला। प्रतिनिधिमंडल द्वारा ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों (जीडीएस) से संबंधित ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर एक ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। माननीय मंत्री ने धैर्यपूर्वक सुनवाई की और आश्वस्त किया कि मंत्रालय इन मुद्दों पर सक्रिय रूप से कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि उठाई गई समस्याओं पर गंभीरता से विचार किया जा रहा है। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने प्रमुख जीडीएस मांगों के शीघ्र समाधान की जोरदार माँग की। S S Mahadevaiah General Secretary AIGDSU
