This evening, Mayor Jeremy Fasser attended the opening of the much-loved Franschhoek Literary Festival. This is always a highlight on the town’s social calendar! The event brings together authors, literary heroes and readers from near and far (including local talent, voices from across South Africa and international guests). It was a wonderful evening filled with inspiration and conversation as we officially kicked off the festival, which runs from tomorrow, 16 May until Sunday, 18 May.
