💡 *UPDATE:* The City of Ekurhuleni's MMC for Energy, Cllr Mzayifani Ngwenya, has been on site with the Kempton Park Energy team, trying to restore power following cable theft incidents that caused multiple faults since Tuesday morning — including a major fault at the Main Supply 66kV substation. The criminal damage triggered a series of cascading failures across the network, leading to widespread outages.
