*SALES REPRESENTATIVES*
Location: 16 Robertson Street, Parkview, Bulawayo
Deadline: 23 June 2025
*Duties & Key Responsibilities:*
Identify potential clients and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in Security and Assets
Tracking Services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our security guards and tracking products and services.
Meets or exceed sales targets, ensuring the company's revenue growth.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand, products and services.
Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to showcase our services.
Manage our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts to engage with our audience. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences and training sessions as required.
*Education/Professional Qualifications:*
Atleast 5 O' Levels including English and Mathematics.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
An Higher National /Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may also be considered.
Certifications such as Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or Digital Marketing Certification can be an added advantage.
Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Professional Sales Certification can be beneficial.
*Requirements:*
Class 4 drivers license is a must.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or car tracking industry.
Experience in marketing, including digital marketing, can be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software can be beneficial.
A strong network of contacts in the industry can be an added advantage.
