GOC JHARKHAND AND BIHAR SUB AREA CHAIRS ECHS CONCLAVE Maj Gen Vikas Bhardwaj, VSM, GOC, HQ #jharkhand & #bihar Sub Area chaired an ECHS Conclave at #danapurcantt. The event was attended by officials from ECHS, Director #sainikkalyannidehalay, Bihar, ESM and representatives from veterans organisation. The veterans were briefed on the latest policies and initiatives undertaken by ECHS for facilitating effective medical care. Their invaluable suggestions were also sought to streamline the systems even further. The GOC assured the veterans of continued support of the organisation to ensure their well being.
