The *Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC)* is calling on all young people in Cameroon to take part in a voluntary blood donation campaign. This is part of activities celebrating Cameroon’s 53rd National Day. The aim is to support soldiers fighting to protect the country’s territorial integrity, especially given the blood shortages in hospitals. The blood donation will take place on May 18 and 19, 2025, in Yaoundé (Military Hospital and National Museum) and in other regions at designated military hospitals.
