WATCH: A grieving family in Nakuwadde Bbira-Lubanyi in Wakiso District is stranded with the body of a 95-year-old woman, Maria Thereza Nakibuuka, due to an unresolved land dispute with some leaders of the Catholic Church. Mr Richard Luswata Musajjakaawa, the head of Nyonyi Namungoona Clan, says Nakibuuka took the title to Nakulabye Catholic Parish 10 years ago for safe custody, but they were surprised to learn that it was transferred from her name into the church's. However, Rev Fr Richard Ssajjabi, the chief executive officer of Kampala Archdiocese Land Board, said
Nakibuuka donated the land measuring 1.4 acres to the Legion of Mary, a Catholic lay organisation in the church.
