📢 We're Hiring: Service Desk & Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst 📍 Location: UAE | 🕒 Shift: Rotational / 24x7 💼 2 - 5 Years Experience ♦️Candidate Location: UAE based (Outside UAE: immediate joiners only who previously worked in UAE) | Male candidates only ⭐ Key Responsibilities ▪️ Service Desk Support ▪️Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, or ticketing system Log, categorize, and assign incidents & service requests ▪️Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and printer issues ▪️Perform basic user account tasks (Active Directory, password resets) ▪️Escalate issues to Level 2 teams when required ▪️Provide users with timely updates on ticket status ⭐Infrastructure Monitoring ▪️ Monitor systems, servers, and network devices using tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, ManageEngine, or N-able ▪️Respond to alerts, document actions, and escalate issues when needed ▪️Conduct routine health checks and report anomalies ▪️Assist in identifying and tracking recurring alerts or issues ✅ Mandatory Requirements ▪️2–5 years of UAE-based experience in technical support or infrastructure monitoring ▪️Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field ▪️Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, AD, and basic networking concepts ▪️Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Symphony) ▪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ▪️Availability for rotational shifts (24x7), including weekends and holidays as per schedule 🎓 Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) ▪️ITIL Foundation ▪️CompTIA A+ / Network+ Kindly mention " Service Desk " in the subject line 📧 Interested candidates who matches the exact JD criteria can share your updated resume to [email protected]
