The ideal candidate should be skilled in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, material analysis, cost estimation, and tender documentation, with a clear understanding of drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Study tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQ. • Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior and acoustic-related works. • Coordinate with procurement and design teams for technical and commercial inputs. • Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations. • Assist in preparing tender documentation and value engineering proposals. The role demands strong technical understanding, team coordination, and project site supervision to ensure on-time and quality delivery of works. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with design and safety standards. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. • Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to the project manager. • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality benchmarks. • Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly. Requirements: • 2–3 years of UAE-based experience in interior fit-out or acoustic site execution. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to interpret drawings and handle site coordination efficiently. • Degree or Diploma in Civil/Interior Engineering. 3. Purchase Officer (Female Candidates Preferred) Location: UAE Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 0–2 years (Ladies on Residence Visa preferred) Key Responsibilities: • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to optimize procurement. • Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain timely supply. • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock requirements. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, and invoices. • Ensure quality standards and adherence to ethical procurement practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to align with project requirements. • Continuously assess supplier performance and implement improvements.
