THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE!!! E-commerce is already doomed in Pakistan due to incompetent courier companies, high return ratio, fake delivery attempts, late payments, late deliveries, high taxes on paid ads, stolen/robbed/lost/damaged parcels etc. AND NOW THIS??? It’s NOT the e-commerce businesses who have created problems for the traditional businesses but YOUR bad policies and incompetent governance are… Instead of giving leverages and encouraging people to do business, they are kil/ling the businesses with their absurd policies… YOU are not providing electricity, gas, water, smooth roads, fast internet, security etc. and yet having the AUDACITY to impose 18% Sales Tax on e-commerce businesses on the basis of so called “equality with the traditional businesses”??? Yes you have destroyed traditional businesses already and now with such mindless taxation, you are “equally” destroying ecommerce industry as welll to the point where it will totally collapse… GOD!!!
