This role is pivotal in driving the financial operations of acquisitions and consolidation processes, ensuring seamless financial integration, accurate reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead and manage the integration of acquisitions into the financial structure ✅ Oversee accounting policies, GL structures, and financial reporting for acquired entities ✅ Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS standards ✅ Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations ✅ Support banking and funding activities for acquisitions ✅ Collaborate closely with management reporting teams on MIS frameworks 🎯 What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification — mandatory ✔️ Minimum 2 years Bachelors degree Attested by MOFA UAE ✔️ 12+ years of post-qualification experience in financial management, acquisitions, and reporting ✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE taxation laws, and consolidation processes ✔️ Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills ✔️ Proven track record working with external auditors (including Big 4) 💡 Ideal Candidate Traits: 🔸 Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset 🔸 Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven professional 🔸 Excellent collaborator with strong problem-solving abilities 📩 Interested?
