We are hiring experienced Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience for the following roles - ICFR Compliance Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (preferably COSO), Hands-on experience in ICFR implementation, testing, and remediation, Familiarity with audit processes and risk assessment methodologies. Tax compliance Proficiency in UAE VAT regulations, Corporate tax and Transfer pricing compliances. Experience with tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting. These roles are based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and we welcome candidates who are open to relocating and becoming part of a dynamic and growing team. Internal Auditing Experience in conducting and reporting internal audit reviews, investigations, and other audit related assignments either independently (low and medium risk assignments). In-depth understanding of business processes, advanced knowledge of internal control processes, SAP Knowledge, identifying control gaps, ability to spot red flags and follow it through to conclusion and excellent report writing skills are some of the attributes that the personnel should possess.
