If a plaque ruptures, a blood clot can form and block your arteries, causing a heart attack. ======================= *LEARN Sanskrit*🙏🏻 ======================= *SANSKRIT MONTHS*  January - February *माघः*  February - March *फाल्गुनः*  March - April *चैत्रः*  April - May *वैशाखः*  June - July *आषाढः*  July - August *श्रावणः*  August - September *भाद्रपदः*  September - October *आश्विनः*  October - November *कार्तिकः*  November - December *मार्गशीर्षः*  December - January *पौषः*  =======================  🤔 *HOW IT WORKS* ⁉ ======================= *HOW CPR WORKS?* Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure that can help save a person's life if their breathing or heart stops. During cardiac arrest, the heart cannot pump blood to the rest of the body, including the brain and lungs. Death can happen in minutes without treatment.1 CPR uses chest compressions to mimic how the heart pumps. These compressions help keep blood flowing throughout the body. 1. Give CPR. Push down hard and fast in the center of the chest at a rate of 100 to 120 pushes a minute. Let the chest come back up to its normal position after each push. Use your body weight to help administer compressions at least 2 inches deep. *Call 108 for mefical help* . 2. With the person's head tilted back slightly and the chin lifted, pinch the nose shut and place your mouth over the person's mouth to make a complete seal Blow into the person's mouth to make the chest rise Deliver two rescue breaths, then continue compressions 3. Continue giving CPR until medical professionals arrive or until a person with formal CPR training can take over. *Note* : Cardiac arrest is not the same as a heart attack. A heart attack happens when blood flow to the heart is blocked. A person having a heart attack is still talking and breathing. This person does not need CPR—but they do need to get to the hospital right away ======================= 💁🏻‍♂‍ *GK TODAY*  ====================== *NATO* (North Atlantic Treaty Organization).  Formed in 1949 with the signing of the Washington Treaty, NATO is a security alliance of 30 countries from North America and Europe.
