The Job Reporting to the Group Marketing and Strategy Coordination Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Leading the brand management team in brand development and positioning • Analysing the business and marketing environment to identify opportunities that enhance brand equity • Identifying communication and marketing needs based on individual SBU requirements and industry trends • Managing relationships and engagement with advertising agencies • Conducting brand audit research and providing recommendations aligned to business strategy • Coordinating and implementing investor relations materials, including Annual Financial Reports, Quarterly Updates, and Hall-Year Results • Leading the development of creative concepts and project designs in collaboration with selected suppliers • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to innovate and improve marketing strategies • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximise return on investment (ROI) • Monitoring & analysing competitor activities, the evolution of key markets & industries, changes in the macro-economic environment as well as key trends & facts that have an impact on SBUs products • Coordinating with SBUS on marketing strategy development The Person The ideal candidate must possess the following: • A degree in Marketing or related field. • A professional marketing qualification such as an IMM Diploma will be an added advantage. • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar or related position. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively. • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management. • Experience in managing stakeholders and multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
