Aum Sri Sai Ram *A sacred Journey of love: Sri Sathya Sai Prema Pravahini Rath Yatra update, SSSSO Goa* Day 28 of the Rath Yatra took the sacred chariot from Ponda to Sancordem and the ancient Mahadeva Temple at Tambdi Surla. The day began with Omkar Nagarsankirtan at Ponda, setting a spiritual tone. At Sancordem, devotees gathered to welcome the Rath before it journeyed through rain-soaked paths to Tambdi Surla, Goa’s oldest surviving temple. Inside the sanctum, Rudram chanting filled the air as devotees offered bilva leaves to the Shiva lingam. Returning to Sancordem, the evening featured a devotional song by Balvikas student Saishwari Naik, her first solo performance, which deeply moved the audience. The celebration continued with a traditional Pandhari Dindi dance, where villagers and devotees joined in, creating a vibrant and joyous atmosphere. The day concluded with aarti, Mahaprasad, and heartfelt recognition of the Seva Dal and youth volunteers before the Rath proceeded to Cundaim for the next leg of its journey.
