🟣Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing and Marketing) Corporation Limited Employee's Service Rules - When only a warning is imposed as punishment which is not recognized under the Rules, the period during which the employee was kept out of service must be treated as regular service for all benefits
🟣Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing and Marketing) Corporation Limited Employee's Service Rules - “Warning” is not a recognized penalty under R.83 which speaks only about minor penalties and major penalties, and therefore cannot be considered as falling within the scope and ambit of the Rules
🟣Service - In cases of wrongful termination of service, reinstatement with continuity of service and back wages is the normal rule
