➡️ NI Act - There is no mandate in law that while giving money to a person on the strength of issuance of a cheque, there must be an independent witness or any other witnesses to prove the said transaction
➡️ NI Act - There is no legal mandate that a cheque shall be in the handwriting of the payer itself
➡️ NI Act - Adding details to a signed blank cheque does not make it invalid or constitute alteration of the document
