Haftar security and military forces in eastern Libya have stopped the Sumoud Convoy last night at the entrance to Sirte. Security officials cited the need to await approval from Benghazi before passage. The convoy’s organisers announced their decision to remain at the location, park safely along the side of the road, and camped overnight.
