China is encouraging Citizens to hold more gold , do more trade in Gold, set up Shanghai Gold exchange in China and Middle east....they know Gold has a future. India is restricting Gold Loans and already has high import duties. RBi is accumulating Gold somewhere but have not yet encouraged its citizens to go accumulate.
