PS Medical Services Dr. Ouma Oluga met with a JKUAT delegation led by Dr. Reuben Thuo to review progress on the National Assistive Technology Centre of Excellence. The Centre, supported by the Ministry of Health and WHO, will be based at JKUAT and aims to improve access to assistive technologies, support national policy development, and promote disability inclusion under UHC and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
