Draft and file legal notices, petitions, appeals, replies, and other documents 3. Provide strategic legal advice on GST / Custom related litigation and compliance issues 4. Conduct in-depth legal research on complex GST / Custom issues and precedents 5. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure effective litigation strategies 6.
