Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate processes based on chemical criticality, volumes, and conditions. - Map processes at the MSEZ facility. - Determine batch sizes and capacity calculations. - Calculate operating costs for the mapped products. - Identify necessary modifications/facilities for production execution. - Collaborate with the CFT to plan and implement required modifications. - Assist the Production team in scaling up, executing initial batches, and validation. - Lead process improvements for existing products. - Contribute to enhancements in utilities and energy management. - Participate in SOP training to enhance daily knowledge. - Maintain good health and hygiene practices. - Promote teamwork to ensure a positive work environment.
