Daily Bible Reading. 21st May 2025. II Samuel Chapters 11-12. I Corinthians Chapter 8. Use Psalm 140 for prayers.
It is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-8
"I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. [2] Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. [3] This is good and pleases God our Savior, [4] who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. [5] For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity-the man Christ Jesus. [6] He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world at just the right time. [7] And I have been chosen as a preacher and apostle to teach the Gentiles this message about faith and truth. I'm not exaggerating-just telling the truth. [8] In every place of worship, I want men to pray with holy hands lifted up to God, free from anger and controversy." I decree and declare that the grace of an intercessor shall be multiplied unto you, in this season. May your prayers never minimised towards all the people, in all areas of life and parastatals for God's help for them and to give thanks to God for them. May kings and those in authority never be subtracted from your prayer lists, that people might live in peace, quietness, marked by godliness and dignity. May you always please the Lord with your prayer life, who wants everyone on earth to be saved and to embrace the truth. May you prayers always help the mediator to reconcile God to people. May all men through your prayers as an intercessor draw men to Jesus Christ for freedom. Let the message of faith and truth be taught and be accepted by people, as people pray with holy hands lifted to God, in places of worship, free from anger and controversy, all in Jesus name. Amen.
Good morning Saints and have a successful Wednesday.
