Key Responsibilities: Design water supply, drainage, sewerage, hot water, and firefighting systems (hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, gas suppression). Design and plan pump rooms for plumbing and firefighting. Work on large-scale and airport projects (preferred). Apply relevant codes: NBC, NFPA, IS, etc. Use AutoCAD (Xrefs), Revit for guiding teams, and prepare BOQs and quantity takeoffs. Client handling, vendor coordination, and inter-disciplinary collaboration. Use MS Word, Excel for documentation and reporting. Qualities: Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
