Location: Bangalore, Hebbal Experience: 5+ years NP: Immediate to 1 month Education: BE Civil or MBA Skills for Business Development Specialist: • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies (NHAI, PWD, MPDC), funding agencies (World Bank, ADB, JICA), and development authorities. • Market Analysis & Strategy: Identify new opportunities in infrastructure sectors (roads, bridges, railways, water supply, irrigation) and develop winning business strategies. • Bid Strategy Development: Craft competitive strategies for tenders and RFPs to secure projects funded by state/central governments and international agencies. • Networking & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with municipal administrations, rural development agencies, and road development corporations to expand Eletus’ footprint. • Proposal Writing & Presentations: Create compelling proposals and pitch presentations for infrastructure consulting services (DPR, project management, authority engineering). • Knowledge of Infrastructure Funding: Understand funding mechanisms and compliance requirements of World Bank, ADB, JICA, and government schemes. • Negotiation Skills: Secure contracts through effective negotiations with clients and consortium partners. • Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of Indian infrastructure sectors, including highways, urban development, rural infrastructure, and railway projects. Skills for Tender Specialist: • Tender Documentation: Prepare and review tender documents, including EoI, RFQ, RFP, and technical/financial bids for government and multilateral-funded projects. • Bid Management: Manage end-to-end tender processes, ensuring compliance with NHAI, PWD, World Bank, ADB, and JICA guidelines. • Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, PPP models, EPC, and hybrid annuity models for infrastructure projects. • Cost Estimation & BOQ Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for bids. • Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure bids meet statutory, regulatory, and client-specific requirements of state/central governments and funding agencies. • Tender Portals & E-Procurement: Proficient in using platforms like GeM, CPPP, and state-specific e-tendering systems for bid submission. • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks in tender documents and contract terms to protect Eletus’ interests.
