XLRI successfully hosted Rendezvous with XLRI – Bengaluru 2025, the Annual Recruiters Meet, on May 24 at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru. The event brought together over 100 senior professionals from 60+ leading organizations, including distinguished XLRI alums, to engage in meaningful conversations around the Future of Work, Skills, and Talent in an Indian Perspective. The evening was marked by a powerful keynote address from Ms. C Lakshmi, Senior Managing Director, and CHRO, Accenture, who emphasized the shared responsibility of industry and academia in shaping a future-ready workforce. A compelling panel discussion followed, featuring Ms. Preetha Radhakrishnan (Partner, Deloitte), Mr. Prateek Roy Chowdhury (Senior HR Leader), Mr. Ajay Kr (Founding Member, Thoucentric), and Ms. Ranjita Ghosh (Global CMO, Wipro). The panelists shared key insights on emerging skill needs, leadership imperatives, and the evolving expectations of Gen Z professionals. The event was conceptualized and hosted by XLRI Jamshedpur under Prof. Kanagaraj A, Professor of Finance and Convenor–Placements, who also delivered the welcome address. He was joined by esteemed faculty members Prof. Giridhar Ramachandran and Prof. Sunil Sarangi, along with Mr. Rajni Ranjan, Vice President and Head of Corporate Relations and Placements, who led event logistics and guest experience.
