EVENING NEWSFEED TC SUPPORTS GORWA PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS June 13th, 2025 By Believe Tengemhare In a bid to promote education and life skills, Territorial Commander Commissioner Daniel Kasuso today (Friday) handed over stationery materials to 42 children at Gorwa Primary School through its Orphans Vulnerable Children (OVC) Education Support Project. The donated materials included 400 exercise books, 100 khaki covers, 100 plastic covers, 200 Eversharp pens, and cellotapes. During the handover, Commissioner Kasuso encouraged the learners to take their education seriously and consistently strive for excellence. In addition to the educational support, the Commissioner Kasuso provided gardening materials to the school, aiming to equip the children with valuable life skills. The gardening kit included seedlings for various crops such as cucumbers, maize, tomatoes, onions, carrots, rape, and tsunga, as well as essential tools like shovels, forks, slashers, and watering cans. Commissioner Tracey Kasuso, Territorial President of Womens Ministries, emphasized the importance of teachers maintaining high morale and setting a good example for the children, noting that young learners often model their behavior after that of their elders.
