Correspondence with clients and staff, preparing and editing documents using corel draw, managing front desk. 3. Minimum computer typing speed: 300 words per 10 minutes 4. Administrative services with excellent ICT skills. 5. Develop and implement marketing strategies both physically and on social media- digital marketing. Experience Needed: At least 2 years of experience as a secretary and as a front desk officer Educational Level: B.Sc in related Field. Core Competency and Skills: 1.Technical skills (software, hardware, networking) 2. Administrative skills (organization, time management, communication) 3. Behavioral competencies (adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork) 4. Additional skills (data entry, document management, scheduling, troubleshooting) These skills enable effective support for Salary: 150k Working time: 7:45am- 6pm.
