Nigeria’s Onyah Favour delivered a standout performance at the NCAA East Prelims in Florida, clocking a new Personal Best of 51.93s in the women’s 400m heats. She has now lowered her PB by over 1.5 seconds this season, showing incredible progress and form on the collegiate stage. Fellow Nigerian athlete Opeyemi Deborah Oke also impressed, finishing 3rd in her heat with a strong 52.22s. With six Nigerian women excelling in the 400m at the meet, it’s another proud moment for Nigerian athletics.
