IPO-bound fintech unicorn Groww is set to raise $202.3 Mn (approx. ₹1,735 Cr) in a Series F round from Singapore’s GIC and ICONIQ Capital. The board will convene on June 6 to approve the allotment of 1.8 Cr Series F CCPS at ₹482.8 per share. In a major move last month, Groww signed a $150 Mn all-cash deal to acquire wealthtech startup Fisdom, aiming to strengthen its wealth management offerings ahead of its planned public listing.
