Fintech firm Zaggle will acquire Pune-based Dice Enterprises for ₹123 Cr (approx. $14.3 Mn) to enhance its product portfolio and expand its customer base in India and abroad. Zaggle signed a non-binding term sheet on June 5 and will acquire 100% shareholding in Dice, pending final agreements and conditions. Founded in 2018, Dice offers enterprise spend management solutions including travel, procurement, expenses, and accounts payable tools.
