Apple is set to open its third official retail store in India at Oberoi Realty’s Sky City Mall in Borivali (East), Mumbai, ahead of the iPhone 17 launch, as per Moneycontrol. The Cupertino tech giant has leased a 12,616 sq. ft. space for 10 years and 10 months, with a 10-month rent-free period. Apple will pay ₹17.35 lakh monthly rent, escalating 15% every 36 months. This follows earlier store launches in BKC, Mumbai, and Saket, Delhi.
