Eyewear unicorn Lenskart has officially converted from a private to a public company, now renamed as "Lenskart Solutions Limited," signaling its intent to go public soon. The board approved the change in a special meeting on May 30. In filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Lenskart stated that the change in status is a necessary step for listing on one or more stock exchanges. While the IPO size remains undisclosed, this marks a crucial step in Lenskart’s expansion and growth strategy.
