The National Arts Festival invites Igwijo Groups with members aged 15-21 years old to take part in the exciting new Makhanda Igwijo Competition, taking place during the National Arts Festival. The finals will take place at the Monument's Guy Butler Theatre on Tuesday the 1st of July. Prizes of R5000 (first place), R3000 (second place) and R2000 (third place) will be awarded to the winning groups. The deadline to enter is 6 June (20h00 SAST).
