Secretary (East) P. Kumaran had a meeting with Mr. Albert Chua, Permanent Secretary, MFA, Singapore on the sidelines of EAS SOM in Penang, Malaysia.
With celebrations of 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations ongoing, the two sides held discussions to further strengthen the 🇮🇳-🇸🇬Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. They also discussed cooperation within ASEAN framework & exchanged views on other regional and multilateral issues.
