Standard Group CEO Marion Gathoga-Mwangi has announced her decision to step down, less than a year after assuming the top role on July 15, 2024. In a newsletter sent to employees, Gathoga-Mwangi attributed her upcoming exit to personal reasons and confirmed that the transition process is already underway.
