NGC, allow me to share this and post it in all your socials, since NAIVAS SUPERMARKET is where I majorly shop for food stuff and if any of the staff members is in this forum please take note. Yesterday morning a young girl from UON went to NAIVAS-KIMATHI HOUSE to buy snacks. She picked what she wanted, paid and as she was leaving, the sensor at the exit went off. In the blink of an eye she was roughed up by some male attendants, taken to some room upstairs frisked and a bottle of Dove lotion costing 1,200/- or thereabout found in her tot-bag. She requested the men who frisked her to retrieve their CCTV footage on the same but they refused. They demanded that she sends 10 times the price of the bottle of lotion to a number not the official NAIVAS number or even the Paybill. Amidst threats she sent the 1,000/- she had in her Mpesa account then called 2 relatives who sent her an additional 1,200/- which she forwarded to the number. Some other man came in and asked the rest to let her go that whatever she had sent was enough. One of them then escorted her hadi kwa ile flyover ya UON. By then the young girl was was wailing and amidst the confusion, the man who escorted her told her to delete the Mpesa message which she did. This girl had an exam which she almost missed thanks to the incident. This seems to be the new norm in NAIVAS SUPERMARKET. Ukiingia na bag iko wide an attendant slips in something ndio ushikwe ukitoka so that you pay for it. This is theft and this morning I am a very sad parent.
