⭐ *DOW JONES* (DJI / US30) ----------------------------------- The US Stock Market Index was going through a Bad Patch for some time, But Recently it made a bottom near a Short Term Trendline support and Bounced back towards the Falling Trendline Resistance. Here it was taking Resistance Multiple times. During the Process of Breaking out from the trendline resistance, The Index Made a Bullish Formation on Chart called *Inverted Head and Shoulder Formation* This gave breakout Today as the Neckline for this Formation was placed around 42830 levels. The Depth of the Head is approximately 4500 points. So Now From the Neckline, The DOW Jones can move approximately 4500 points which comes around 47000-47300 levels. The resistances on the way up are 43865 and 45060. These are Major Resistances, there may be smaller resistances, up and down moves, volatility, roller-coaster rides and a lot more before we reach the destination. The Supports as of now are 42830 - 42290 - 42000 Levels. Below 42000 I will suggest exiting the longs. The Recommednation here will be to Buy the Index on dips and Wait for a Closing below 42000 as Stoploss, If the Index moves in your favor, then the targets will be 43865 - 44444 - 45060 and then 47000-47300 approx. So For the move of Near 4500 points, We do have a Stoploss of approx 1000 points, which is fair in this setup !! *DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE* (US30 / DJIA) Recommendation : Buy Range : 42840 - 42500 Stoploss : Closing Below 42000 (Chances of SL Hunting with Volatile News Based Moves are More, So Keep your Positions Smaller) Targets : 43865 - 44444 - 45050 * Follow Risk Management * Consider the Distance of SL and Margin Required to Hold the Trade in case of Downside * Trade with Due care and Small Lot Size * You may Increase Positions Once we start the upmove from Lower Levels.
