Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and welcome clients
- Organize, manage, and file important documents
- Handle business communication and correspondence
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
- Assist with document preparation and submissions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Business Admin or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Can multitask, work independently, and maintain discretion
- Must have valid QID and NOC
- Ready to join immediately
