If Xabi Alonso had stayed, Patrik Schick would have wanted to leave Bayer Leverkusen this summer. But with Erik ten Hag now in charge, the situation has changed and he's open to staying. He currently has no plans to leave, though there are inquiries and concrete options abroad. Premier League and Serie A clubs are monitoring him closely. He has already turned down several offers, including one from AC Milan and others from Saudi Arabia. If things go well under Ten Hag, a contract extension beyond 2027 is possible.
