𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝟵𝟴: 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗪𝗔𝗬 The Saldanha Bay Municipality has appointed 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 to carry out housing investigations in the White City 98 Development as part of our commitment to improving living conditions and service delivery. The team will visit homes from 𝟮𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 to assess the condition of houses. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: • Engineers will carry official letters from the Municipality and wear visible identification. • Inspections will only be done with the resident’s permission. • Photos and measurements may be taken with consent. • No resident will be penalised or displaced. • This is a planning and support project; not an enforcement action.
