🎧 We’re Hiring: Customer Support
Are you a people person who loves solving problems and creating great customer experiences? We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and be the voice of our brand for customers across multiple channels.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Resolve complaints, provide information, and guide customers on products or services
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and feedback
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
✅ Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in customer support or service roles (Freshers are welcome!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
Willingness to work in shifts, if required
