*Governor Sakaja Hosts Moscow Delegation to Discuss City Partnerships* *Friday, 30th May 2025* Governor Sakaja hosted a delegation from Moscow, led by Mr. Sergey Cheremin, Minister and Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations to explore areas of collaboration between Nairobi City and the City of Moscow. Key areas of partnership discussed included the public transport system, healthcare, and housing, with the goal of ensuring that Nairobi residents enjoy dignity and increased opportunities. Another major focus of the discussions was the role of technology and digitization in enhancing service delivery. The digitization of services will not only improve efficiency and effectiveness but also support data recording, particularly in the regulation of building construction to ensure compliance with set standards.
