Freelance Database Migration Expert (Any DB to Oracle DB) Location: Remote, with travel to Delhi (workshop) Duration: Short-term freelance contract (10 to 12 days) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Database Migration Expert with a strong background in migrating databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, etc., to Oracle DB. The consultant should possess expertise in Oracle GoldenGate. Having AWS & AI skills hold the advantage. Responsibilities: Conduct database migrations from various platforms (Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) to Oracle DB using Oracle GoldenGate. Collaborate closely with our team and the customer to plan and execute migrations effectively. Provide pre-workshop and post-workshop support remotely for 4 hours each day, 3 days prior to the workshop and 3 days after. Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in database administration and migration. Proven track record of completing at least 3 database migration projects. Expertise in Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data integration and replication. Willingness to travel to Delhi for a 3-day workshop with all expenses covered by the company. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with Generative AI tools for enhancing migration processes.
