Hiring for: Oracle Financials Consultant Role Type: Contract Location: Pan India (Onsite) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities: • Configure and build solutions in Oracle Financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, and Cash Management. • Collaborate with Finance Leads and business teams to align solutions with business processes. • Support and integrate cloud modules: Oracle ARCS, PBCS, OneStream. • Manage integrations with third-party tools such as BIZLINK, GLWand. • Handle payment integration, lockbox, and cash reconciliations across global regions. • Analyze, design, configure, and test Oracle Financial enhancements. • Lead full-cycle projects: configuration, implementation, testing, user training, and project management. • Coordinate across IT domains (infra, DB, security, ops) to deliver Oracle functionality. • Provide day-to-day support, periodic patching, reporting, and production support. • Drive process improvements and best practices for Oracle Financials. • Develop system specs, data flow diagrams, test plans, and process documentation. • Deliver canned and ad-hoc financial reports. • Ensure compliance with tech standards, change, and security policies. • Collaborate with Oracle Dev teams on UI and functional validation. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. • Conduct user training and provide technical support. Must-Have Skills: • Strong experience in Oracle EBS Financials. • Knowledge of global finance operations and compliance standards. • Hands-on experience with financial close processes and integrations. • Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
