That reverence, silence, and awe may return to our churches and altars. That those who doubt or take the Eucharist lightly may encounter Christ anew. That catechists, parents, and priests may effectively pass on Eucharistic faith. That we, the faithful, may approach every Mass and Holy Communion with renewed faith, love, and devotion. *MEDITATION* *“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14)* *🎈Eucharist as the Fulfillment of the Word of God* The mystery of the Incarnation is not only a moment in time it is ongoing in the Eucharist. Jesus, the eternal Word of God, who took flesh and walked among us, continues to be with us in the Blessed Sacrament. At every Mass, the Word is proclaimed, and then that same Word becomes flesh again on the altar veiled under the appearance of bread and wine. To believe in the Eucharist is to believe in the Word who became flesh and who still dwells among us. The tabernacle is not merely a symbolic place; it is a continuation of Bethlehem, of Calvary, of Emmaus. Christ is truly here Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. When faith weakens, reverence fades. When reverence is lost, intimacy becomes shallow. But when we truly believe, awe returns. Let us ask for grace to see the Eucharist not merely with eyes of flesh, but with the eyes of faith so that we may behold His glory, full of grace and truth, and worship. We adore You, O Sacramental Lord, hidden yet fully present, silent yet speaking to the depths of our hearts. Lord, in this novena journey, awaken in us a profound reverence for Your Eucharistic Presence. Teach us to live in holy communion with You, not only in the Sacrament but in every moment of our lives. May our worship rise from grateful hearts, and may our thanksgiving become a way of life. Cleanse us, Lord, of all that keeps us from You.
